Hello...need help
Hello everyone ,Ive been into tanks since I was a nipper, and got into R.C.tanks after my 9 year old wanted a tiger for christmass..a few years back..anyhow although I am an engineer and dont mind dismantleing things on a regular basis,my son Heng Long tiger has me stumped at the mo...the bb unit stopped working..so I duly bought a replacement and set about wiring it in..after connecting everything as the old one was connected, it made a feeble attempt to fire then nothing...everything else works...I am based in Colne Lancashire and would be willing to have someone/shop/trader sort this properly,...I would just like it to work, and wires just wind me up

Hi Northern Monkey, I have noticed that my heng long electrics use the black wire for the red wire, and visa versa. I don't know if that can help but could be wired backwards?

Thanks Battlechip....I will have another look at the tank later today...and try and figure it out,the replacement gun mechanism was perchased a while ago..and i am starting to think it could be a bad one,but as I have had it for a good while I can not return it.
Thanks for the pointer
