Allen Key and Ultrasonic Cleaners

Dear All

can anyone tell me what size of allen key i need to remove the running gear of a HL Tiger 1 ? And secondly I'm thinking of getting an ultrasonic cleaner to clean my airbrush. Are they any good ?

advice please.

Think is 2 or 2.5mm. I bought a set of keys which ranged from 1 to 3mm which covers most tank jobs.

Non idea with the cleaner though.

cheers tankbear a little trip to bq tomorow and as for the ultra i've been told to get one. Apparently they're great for cleaming the injectors in your car ! :crazy: :crazy:

I have an ultrasonic cleaner. Cleans well when airbrush completely stripped down and paint still fresh. Still clean manually also. Good for cleaning jewellery also. You could give it to someone close as a present and borrow occasionally.

if that was an offer to buy then I'm sorry. In my haste I went out and bought one for £20 brand new ! (a 75 cl one !)

Was not an offer. Just some quick info. When cleaning cycle finishes remember to take thw airbrush out and dry it off. Check for loose pieces of dirt inside.
