Hey everyone.im thinking of buyin a brand new gearbox for my HL tiger 1.can u all pls tell me which one among the metal gearbox,pure steel gearbox and brass gearbox is the best quality and in terms of high durability?tq. :)

I would suggest that the brass gearbox (Asiatam type) is fine - i have upgraded using these before. I haven't seen the steel type up close so can't comment

i would recoment the steel ones, no casting there, so better fitting and very very low level of noise!

go with the steel gears much stronger, quiter and lower cost.
