new taigan tiger?update.

well the new taigan tiger arrived yesterday wednesday , ordered it monday ,service wot wot? complete new packaging ,better than before,
the mod i got was of the late type tiger 1,the most obvious thing is they use the early idlers mmm,all is not lost, the wheels are plastic as is the tracks but you can get metal,to upgrade if you wish the paint job is ok not sure if you could say its the correct yellow ,has a metal barrel ,more to scale one thinks than previous ,metal gears they ran fairly smooth, it has the 2.4wotsits radio gear ,its loud its fast, transparant smoke unit that has a easy fill plug hole ,the bottom end is as the asiatem but more refined ?track ajusters through small holes on the underside rear more neet and tidy inside compared to early types, the lights are cut off but left tell tale sighns,over all its a nice tank fairly pricey for not alot of melal ? the zimm is of the shelf stick on that can be applied better one thinks, its these finnished touches that need improving to make it better
but i am happy i like it .will give it a 8 ,will give w d m, a 9. this is my opinion of the tank i recieved, ta ta for now wot wot.

We only purchased a small quantity for evaluation, as far as we know they are not currently available from any other UK vendors. Although showing as out of stock we do have one Late version left which has a faulty smoke unit, so reduced price only £169. We also have some Early versions available.

We have already advised Taigen that the Late version has incorrect pattern idlers and they tell us future models will be corrected, we have also told them that the paint scheme is incorrect (it certainly isn't 'dunkelgelb') so hopefully they will do something about this on new production runs.

The main features of these new models are -

- new moulding plastic upper hull/turret, more detailed than the Heng Long Tiger
- 'Asiatam' type lower hull
- metal recoiling barrel
- new 2.4Ghz electronics
- plug-in battery charging port
- new design smoke unit
