rogerloosli wrote:great stuff Gary, will go halves on the fuel , as long as its under 6 litre !, will only bring two tanks next time , had to many . was thinking we need some hills ,some pillows with an old bit of tarpaulin or blanket and just staple it to the boards ?quick and cheap , and just rip it up afterwards . great for ambushes.
was it you that mentioned the cheap sound boards ? about £40 .regards
Lmfao!!! Two tanks is not too many lol bring as many as you can!!!!!!! And my car is only a 2.5 litre! Lol oh yes and don't call me Shirley!!!!! :haha:

Two tanks thats playground talk. :haha: :haha: :haha:

You quickly find attending the Hyde meet gives you the uncontrollable need to buy tanks, I bought four since attending and Nick just bought four Tigers a few weeks back. But it's worth it. :D :D :D

great pics of my tanks !thanks. tiger 38 on ebay now. making room for a new build.
tiger 666 has homemade super low ratio gearboxes ,also a electromagnet in the turret wiring so it looks like its being hand cranked slow. electromagnet? ........ just grabbed something to slow it down tanking on the cheap!
the speed of the homemade boxes is about a scale fast walking pace top speed , so there in the kt as well.
had them in a pz 111,but to slow for the light tanks. again it was a great two hours . my fiends can not see the attraction in rc model making ? but then there hobby s are sitting in the pub ! regards to all

I just wish I had taken more pictures !!!! As there's was that many people at one point it would of made a good photo to take of all the people who came and there tanks all in a line ! And don't worry about your mates all mine are the same! If they want to waste there lived in a pub talking about what they did in the pub last week is fine! Lol but building and moding a Rc tank is much more fun plus you get to drive it around our battlefield and! Talk to like minded guys as well ! Your ideas are brilliant and you are going to be an asset to our club ! And your input and ideas are all appreciated !! ;)
