I bought the m1A2 abrams, and it leaves a lot to be desired
First is the radio. Now I'm not a smart person with circuit boards, so i don't know how to work anything that has to do with them, and that includes radio control. How can i make it better, or replace it with something much better, i only get like 20 feet max range with this tank, so i am first looking to fix this.
Second is the lights. I don't like rc cars and stuff that have the lights that turn on when they move. Now i know how to wire Led's. But the led's are connected to a weird kind of adapter with a bunch of wires going into it. My last experience with just cutting the wires lead to me frying a circuit board. So what can i do? can i just cut the wires and be safe?
Lastly is the treads. This is probably the worst of the tank. They come off almost every 5 seconds of off road use. I don't know what i can do, but i was thinking of getting metal tracks, but sadly, i can't find any for these tanks. So how can i improve on this?
Oh and one more thing, if i were to get a better radio, what kind of cameras could i get to attach to this tank so that i can view the camera on a separate screen? I'm not looking for something that displays in HD or anything, just something to display on something small like a phone screen size. Or something like that spy car that came out a few years ago.
I am on a budget of around $50 so what can i buy?
I know people say that these tanks are just a beginners tank, but this is my favorite type of tank, i love the style of it, and it's the perfect size. I don't like the huge tanks.

Hi MGRaiden,
In order for anyone to provide advice you are going to have to provide a bit more information, such as make, and scale for starters maybe even some photos showing what you want to change or what doesn't work properly.
I have to say though that $50 is not going to get you far if you plan on changing the radio gear and tracks and add cameras. I would suggest you prioritise your upgrades, do some research, seach the forum and then ask for opinions.
