Hl M41 trouble

Post by zhaktronz »

Hi, I have just purchased a HL M41 SS

I started it up, and everything appeared to work for 2minutes, then the rechargeable batteries I had put in the TX went dead. I changed the batteries and now I can only start the tank, none of the sticks work, nor does the start button turn the tank off.

Any ideas?

check the battery positioning in the TX, i know is sounds bad but take them out and re-install them. Are the new batteries good?

TX bats are all good. The TX will turn on the SnS but not turn it off again or drive turret/tracks

Those two holes on the TX don't appear to be soldered, is that normal?

Hard to say if those unsoldered joints are important. We need to see what type of component they are, they could be just the case of a component not the actual leads.
