Hi agentgrider ,
+1 to what eastern said....and if possible please can you post some photographs of the track that is 'misbehaving'....with a shot from the front, rear and underside ? This way maybe we can see what the problem is....

hello agentgrider,

your problem sounds to me the same i was suffering for in my Tiger I. Finally it was a matter of sprocket-roadwhhels-idler alignement, well, the idlers were the culprits, both were off for some mm. I used a simply solution, i put a spacer in the idler axel, and no more clancking every time a guide horn 'jumped' over the idler, and most important, no more track jumping off, ever in bad terrain, sand or grass.

best regards
Jussek

Here you can se how my M tracks+ sprockets were behaving on me. Needless to say I was a tad dissapointed after flinging out that amount of cash.

Solution was to go back to plastick sprockets as you can se at the end of the clip, and also in this clip. Running nice and smooth

my issues not were the same, in my case the 'jump' was located on the idlers side:

hi akina_subtitude,

this is the better i could do the pics without taking the tracks off:

hope it helps

this 'solution' is a temp one, i will change soon the track tensioners (the model with springs) with the HennteC ones, with fixes trensioning system, and i hope to be able to align the idlers with more accuracy then.
