henglong panther gun stoped recoil

hello there- tank has had about 5 hours use
all works well up to now---- the gun fires the bb fine, but it no
longer recoils- if l took tank apart were would l look for fault
thank you for any advise

lol, where can I get one with out recoil? The recoil beats the heck out of the gears......count your self lucky

Hi Somerset,

I take it the main gun firing has also stopped working when you fire?

If so when you open up the turret and find the airsoft unit you'll see two wires connected to the back which looks like short metal strips. When you fire these touch and sends signal to the RX18 which activates the recoil and sound. So check the contact is still closing and all the wiring back to the RX18.

l see what you are saying and it makes good sence but
l hardly use the gun till l see next doors cat digging up my rubarb
