RAAF C130 J & Abrams

Post by Panzerman »

Bit off topic, been away for a while, work, other projects, family, same old same old.
Took these pic's recently thought they would be a good reason for a new post.

Couldn't resist the opportunity took my 1/24th M1A1 and took these.

I live on a little island 700 odd Klms NE of Sydney out in the Tasman Sea, serious medical evacuations
after dark are performed by the Royal Australian Airforce using the very capable C130J on and off our
3,000ft airstrip! The crews come to the island to practice usually with a few skippers to keep their skills
current. Here is a few pic's of the touch and goes then when she was parked up, they allowed me full
access to the whole aircraft which was nice. Love the Hercy Bird!

Good Morning.
What a beautiful place to live at. You're exceptionally lucky and to have RC tanking as well!? Paradise. Another place to add to my list of possible places to retire to.
Regards,
