Hello,
Just received a few days a Tiger 1 and it needed some work off the bat (Remote range was oddly short - Turns out the antenna was wired to the wrong spot on the board), which in turn meant the whole take off the tracks things and whatnot so while at it I'll take the chance to try and fix the headlights which seem not to be working.
Turning the tank on the lights just stay dead, no blinking, and would like to know if this is any kind of common problem or so. Probable broken lights? Some wiring issue? What kind of lights are those there anyway?
Seems that replacing them will be difficult though.
Any sort of guidance would be helpeful.

Re: HL Tiger 1 head lights
The headlights are LED so very unlikely to fail and even more unlikely both fail so I would guess the wiring.
Does the machine gun light up? I ask because that shares the same wiring as the headlights (same common positive)
Another item to check is the eight wire connector between the RX18 and the hull top, some times the metal in the white plug gets pushed out the back of the plug by the pin and makes it not making contact.
If all that checks out trace the wiring from headlights to the two pins on the RX18 socket and check voltage with a voltmeter to see if that is giving out the voltage or not.

Re: HL Tiger 1 head lights
Seems something either between the connector of the wiring.
At least poking around shown that the lights are working so it'll only be a matter of giving it a few more minutes time once I get to it again.
Thank you for replying.
