Multi function-- Rear lights wiring

Post by Silverstalker »

Hello everyone.... I joined the fourm ' A long time ago' but never managed to get up to speed (get into projects etc) I belive I posted some projects I was working on... But life sadly cave me one of them curve balls and everything basicly went... starting from scratch I got my old walker bull dog from the deep reaches of my 'boxed up things' :( and getting it all back to life

Anyway I have the multi function board for it.. just put metal boxes in but need to know how/where to wire the flashing rear red LED lights into.... It seems i have been inside thi bulldog at some point and chopped the wires... but dont know where it plugs into... I do have an off cut 2 pin plug for the multi board, ??? or do i have to solder it in line with some of the others

Thanks for any help guys

I've not got a bulldog, but when I've added tail lights i've wired them into the headlights which is in the 8 core cable (Umbelicle cord) to the hull top.

Hope that helps you.

I could do that, but i didnt get the big cable with the multi board kit :'( and the old one is all solderd in...

I am trying to get the rear LEDs to flash like they do when you push the power switch on...then when you start it up via the controler they stay solid,

If you connect the tail lights to the headlights you get the flashing you want. Although you need to add resistors to the tail lights otherwisw they take to much power and the headlights be too dim.
