MATORRO KING TIGER

ok just won a matorro king tiger on ebay at an amazing price ! ive been wanting the henchel turret to complete the collection plus i get to have one with the skirts on CHUFT! is there anything i should be aware of with this particular model and the best upgrades ,would appreciate any advice lads cheers

the guts are more or less junk ( gearboxes,electronics)and the lower ft plate needs to be fixed....its bb shooter so if you want it to have guntube recoil, you need to do that also.

what you recommend for the recoil unit?... never done one to a chinese tank always kept the bbs .would an rx 18 board do as im in the middle of a matorro jagtiger with all new internal boards im using rx 18 and is nearly done ,as it was new but faulty when i bought it....guess i can expect the same with this one lol .im finding it hard to source the metal gearboxes in the uk for the matorro and the metal base plate for the fitting do you know any links as i want them eventually for both my matorros

this is the same one i was looking at on sunday when i was researching before i won the tank on eaby ,i thought it was a bit out of my league but if you say so MC , i will email him this week find out all the jazz on this elmod ,must admit it looks top notch

thanks for all the threads guys im well happy with the work for this new tank,trouble is im in no way gonna rush this hl porsch turret project i have on the go at the mo, so its research and pricing for this new project for the rest of the week.thanks guys,by the way MC i had to order another green putty for the turret..... it looks like i may have enough to finish but im not going to risk it also some metal kt shackles on the way they are selling some on eabay at a very good price .....so many thing to do

metal boxes and base plate ordered for the matorro ...is it me or do you just LOVE the henchel turret ,dont know why anyway the tank detail is a bit sharper than the henglong little bits of more detail i love it have to finish the hl king tiger first ...
