Looks like it is 1:6 scale tank. They often use 24v smokers so can produce a lot more smoke. Also seen ultrasonic smokers for that scale which produces steam from water so no heat involved, but again need a larger voltage and space to install.

Lol :clap: I was thinking the same thing. How the hell he gets past the emissions test at the M.O.T centre is beyond me :wtf:
Seems he does a 12 and 24 volt system but he say he can get them as low as 8volts, also this is an oil based smoker and retails for 70 quid :crazy: I think I'll stick to refining my own design :thumbup: Of which I'm gonna be starting prototype 3 in the next couple of days :thumbup:

@Saxondog

How much would it cost me to buy a few of those ohmite resistors from you? and maybe a few inches of that kevlar tape? I just can't get the resistors in this country I've looked everywhere and even contacted the manufacture but got nothing back :thumbdown: The closest things I have are just far to large to be used in a project box that I use.

If his prices are more reasonable than this other guy, I will just buy one from him that's a definite
The smoker is impressive and with a proportional system looks mighty sweet :thumbup:

I will have information from Phil Friday, and a possible UK source as well at that time for these units.

I've just spoken to the other vendor and he is selling his smokers for £35 ~ £75 + shipping with sizes 1:8 1:6 and 1:4 been the most expensive.

Makes me wish I had a bigger tank now lol :wtf:
