There used to be a guy selling Tamiya kits for 1600$, one of the comments on the seller was that these tanks had HL internals.

Makes you wonder what is wrong with some people.

I messaged the seller asking why he is selling stuff at 4 times the shop price. Still waiting for a reply.

Told him to remove my video from his add or I would charge him for its use. It looks like is is now gone. He is a "cheap vendor"

Thanks for the heads up about the Video.

Hi I have messaged him on eBay asking if he can explain his prices.

"Hi there has been a lot of debate on your tanks on the RC Tank forums regarding the prices . Are they diferent to normal ones. Ive been building RC 1:16 and 1:6 tanks for over 5 years. I normaly pay £85 to £125 for these tanks (Heng Long or Taigen) , if they have plastic gears no more than £65 and between £500 to £750 for Tamiya ones. "

He has a HL Jagdpanther listed for £483 !!!!! If he sells them for this think i might contact HL and bulk order !! . just kidding

It will be quite interesting to see his response. In fact.. I wouldn't be surprised if he is selling basic Heng Long tanks at Tamiya prices....Just a though..
