Oddball tank commander figure

Does anybody know where I could get a hold of a 1/16 oddball figure, suitable for putting in a tamiya tank?

Hi Alex Tankzone sell them but out of stock at the momment abnd there not cheap £29,99.  Have seen them somewhere else but cant remember where at the momment think it was a german site.
