Hi
I bought one of these and found that with 6 volts running it the turning speed is pretty good for a turret without any other gearing needed. The whole thing is quite compact too. I'm running mine with an ESC with forward and reverse variable speed.

Re: Turret rotation motor (found)
Hi there Andy I've bought one last week not fitted it in yet! Just got a 14 tooth pinion today that fits on it perect! Off a trex 500 heli am now waiting for the drive gear off a trex 500 to arrive! Then I can fit it! Have you got pics of it fitted in your tank!

I love the smell of napalm in the morning!

I'll post a picture soon. I run it directly to the base of the turret and it works a treat.

I'll be Useing the trex heli main gear for the turret ring and then a cog off the motor should be good I'm running straight from the RX18 so I needed to gear it down a bit more! Can't beleve how silent the motor is!!!!!!!
