My scratch built 1/8 bovington 131 TIGER

Post by Flash round »

I recently built and designed my 1/8 scale Bovington TIGER 131 which was built completely from hobby and art crafting materials and some hardware nick nacks, I started the project last sept 20th and completed her fully painted on oct 20th Now on to the fine details and airbrushing, XDXDXD stay tuned!

Just so everyone knows the 1/8 TIGER 131 IS A STATIC MODEL, I'm also building the Sherman Firefly and Russian KV1 in 1/8 STATIC presence. IVE ALWAYS BEEN A MODEL MAKER/ARTIST AT HEART, now increasing THE SCALE!! a bit LOL,

My regards
MARK,

I love this angle, as this would be correct height if you were standing 15 ft away from the REAL 131 TIGER.

will be re-painting the boot, as drybrushing did not work out so well. airbrush is now in order down the way.

NO this 1/8 scale tank is purely STATIC! Just built it in appreciation of the 131, I will keep building 1/8 scale until i understand the full structural process it my craft, then sometime it the future, ill build a full functional 1/6 TIGER!! But for now shes quite a looker for a static model piece for my DEN!!! =) its all a fun and slow process, i enjoy every second of it.
