need sparepart Hooben Elephant

Anybody know where I can get the metal part (in red circle) as spare or maybe can measure the part for me so that I can make one myself.

the part was missing in my hooben kit

When it arrives, I would also need to buy metal traks for the elephant. Do you have both versions, Ferdinand and Elephant versions. Havent decided which track set to go with yet
