Haynes owners workshop manual- Tiger 1

Post by Abo »

As I am a fully certifed Tiger nut ( I have three and a Sturm) I decided to purchase the above named book, and I have to say its bloody good. Some old photographs we've all seen before are included but there are also an awful lot of new ones too.

A lot of the info and photographs comes from Tiger 131 including a nice section on its restoration including a section, for those who feel the need, on making zimm! There's lots of interior photographs and drawings, cross sections etc and a whole chapter for the Maybach and its relevent gubbins.

As a Tiger saddo, it's a book I thoroughly recommend. It normally retails at £19.99 but I got mine off good ol Amazon for £12.48 with free postage, delivered in two days.... bargain!

Well my fingers found their way to amazon and ordered a copy without me knowing it. I had to pay postagd though as not in UK. Might help with some interior detail on my 1/6 tiger.

This is my fourth book in the Haynes series and they are excellent. The other three are aircraft books but make for a great read and useful as people have said for helping the model maker. A1

I'm not so much of a Tiger nut, but I still had to order one simply to have it on the coffee table for those "Oh...... Yes. It's an *owners* manual..... Yes. Yes I do!" nudge-nudge, wink-wink momets.

Cool. Very, very cool indeed.
