Asiatam/Mato Motors

Post by Tankbear »

Does anyone know the speed (rpm) ratings of the motors which come with the Asiatam & Mato gearboxes?

I know the new Asiatam gearboxes are stating 18000rpm motors and the gearbox calculator has a value of 15250rpm but can’t find any info on the Mato ones.

Just that I have an Asiatam 3:1 in one tank and Mato 4:1 in another but the Mato fitted tank is faster, which I can only put down to a faster motor.

There may well be a diffance between the 2 motors, one thing is for sure though..even the same motor made by the same company will not perform exactly the same. you can have 5 motors and they will all show slight diffance between them all.
