I am building a Stug at the moment from my parts box and have a word of warning re crystals. I matched up a pair of heng long crystals from the numbers printed on their paper tabs. The system didn't work (maybe because I had a faulty module in my parts box I thought) so I fitted the receiver to a known good tank & it worked, similarly for the RX18 unit. That led me to suspect the crystals. Sure enough the crystals were stamped with different frequencies under the label. I've seen this before since it was the problem on a 'faulty' brand new Panther I bought off Ebay. If you are suspicious of the reason a system isn't working, always swap to a known good pair of crystals first. Hope this helps someone.
PS still after an exhaust for the stug if anyone has one in their spares box.

Re: Crystals warning
Hi Tankie,
Thank you for the advice :~ ....I shall certainly bear that in mind...if /when I buy anymore sets..and it makes you wonder how many 'Faulty' tanks are returned with what is just a simple 'crystal error' that could have been rectified with a bit more care by the crystal manufacturer.
