Beware PayPal Scam.......

Hi guys
This is just a headsup,....there would appear that there is a Paypal scam going on........they said to me that they believe that my account is being used by somebody else,.............I just checked and all is ok,......... and that the address they give is not the right one..... Yes it looks the same but is not,,, so beware if you use paypal and you get a email warning that your account is being misused....

As a rule I never click the link sent in e-mails from anything like PayPal or Banks or anything which has the card/bank details. Plus generally delete e-mails from ebay & PayPal with out opening them unless I'm expecting an e-mail because i'm watching an item or bought something.

The other scam is that your account has been suspended and you need to click a link and re log in to activate it again.

I got that one the other day that your account has been suspended. The main give away is Dear Customer as usually with on-line banking it's your e-bay log in, or your name and surname if it's from a high street bank.

I have been scammed twice,well almost as I FIGURED IT OUT pretty damn quick. But what burns me is Paypal,I have reported this same scammers at least 6 times and nothing from paypal,this NIGERIAN crap really sucks and they do nothing to stop this mess.

My computer day starts now with a very crude,profane message to my African Paypal customer service e-mail. Mnay references to their Monkey ancestors,and their poor English,offers of BANANAS AND OTHER TREATS HAVE now gone UN answered. Really a shame too.

Then I went to sell my Motorcycle and got the now classic tale of the sailor stuck on ship needing me to pay his agent to pick-up the bike,they even posted the F.B.I.Site for fraud and threatened me for not sending the extra 2000.00 dollars they sent to me,but it was on hold with paypal and I WAS TO USE WESTERN UNION Money gram to send this extra money to his agent,then of course pay pal would release the total amount to me.

Let's see the F.B.I. and PayPal are forcing me to use Western Union? I thought they were competitors? Yea sent something all right, a google Earth search of the address reviled a run down building. O yea that's the agents home alright. But if I can find this address what the hell is going on at pAYPAL?
