El-mod and DX7?

Will the three way flap switch (ch6) on a Spektrum DX7 operate lights and ignition on Eco boards and will I be able to also access user defined sounds with this Tx???
Has anyone tried this transmitter with El-mod and if so what is the conclusion

Almost there! Yes the 3 way works for ignition and lights and the gear switch operates 1 user defined sound. Just need to find out if I can map more than 1 user sound?
And, yes the cheap orange Rx's work fine and I can switch between tanks with all running!

Hows the DX7 been working? Its a while since your thread started and im thinking which unit to use so i can use my dx7
