Help with HL Panther G track adjusters

Post by frantz70 »

Has anyone fitted and used, Tank Modellbau track adjusters for a HL Jagdpanther or Panther G.

The parts included seem incomplete as the shafts are to long and the screw and washer do nothing to hold the idler wheel on. The wheels I am trying to use may be the problem? They are Panther A metal idler wheels with bearings [at07] from http://www.rctank.de" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Well unfortunately right now I don't have a Dremel or anything to cut it without making a hack job out of it, and on top of that I really don't know how deep the threads go.

Then It may be all out of alignment with the track.

Doing this on a tight budget, but I ordered the other idler.
