I'm brand new to the hobby of 1/16 rc tanks and am looking forward to alot of fun. I'm a long time model railroader, paint military miniatures (54mm-120mm), and have a small, but growing collection of 1/6 scale WWII action figures. I used to fly rc planes (more like crashed) so I'm not totally illiterate when it comes to rc and I really like tinkering with new motors, details, upgrades, etc. I've already discovered there's a wealth of information here and hope I'll be able to contribute along the way.

Hi Joe and welcome to the forum. I was going to build an RC F16 Falcon but after I saw a friends plane crash on its maiden flight I thought I would get into armour instead. Much more durable!!
