Hi Guys,
These are a selection of different Camo Patterns that I have gathered over the years from the net and have collected together in a file. I hope that they give you some ideas on how to paint your own Tiger.
The first 2 are of Early Tigers when they were originally fitted with the Panzer IV Stowage Bins.

The next set are of Early Tigers with the original style commanders cuppola.
Some have the later style overlapping wheels rather than the interleaving wheels and so are technically ' Mid-Production'

Those are Panzer III bins. The Tiger E was almost never given a Panzer IV bin.Dietrich wrote: "Early Tigers when they were originally fitted with the Panzer IV Stowage Bins."
I don't trust the illustration of Tiger "222". Photos show that it had a strong camouflage pattern of some kind. What is this overall yellow paint? It doesn't look like Dunkelgelb; it's too yellow.
Also, the standard Tiger turret bin was adopted before the change to Dunkelgelb paint, so I don't see how "222" could ever be in Dunkelgelb anyway. The whitewash-over-grey of "121" is much more plausible.
