We still need more allied armour to take on the Jerries! Damn good job I have to say, love the camo net!! :thumbup: What did you use for the cast texture? Is there any way I can convince you to alter the transmission cover to be further in??

hi there

and thanks to evey one who left comments ! .. it been a fun build ...

the netting was dish cloth form asda .. soaked in diluted pva glue and put on the sherman befour painting

and as for the transmission cover .. i removed about 4mm for the top ans bottom to fif a bit closer to the drive houseing

and for a 3 part bolted cover .. yes that possible too useing the mato cover a bit of plastic surgery time annd effort
you could end up with this

good stuff,I heard from somebody that there's a Sherman firefly somewhere under all that :shh:
