making a muzzle flash help

Evening Gents
I have a Pzr III with RX18. Took out BB system and added Heng Long Battle system. My question is how do I wire in a muzzle flash using a 5mm LED. In the days of rx13 boards you could wire a Led to two points on the board for a good muzzle flash.

I have tried wiring to the same points as the battle system emmiter and it works well but if I attatch the battle emmitter and the LED at the same time neither will work,

If any one has any info on where I could wire in a muzzle flash I would love to know

Use the airsoft power wires for the muzzle flash led.
if you are using a DBC, up on the left stick will power the muzzle flash in addition to firing the battle system.
