Turret protection ring & rear column light

Hi , im just converting my H/L tiger to a mid to late version ,

Does anyone have a good photo of just how far away from the turret the protection ring is ? I have seen a few pictures and the distance does seem to vary !

Also does anyone know of a photo/diagram of the column light ?
