Re: Tiger S33
Thanks for the responses chaps.
It's a standard Tamiya that I've had for years with quite a few new mods:
The battle-system is in the cupola and can be 'heightened' using hinged rings - works fine in lowered position though.
Removable wireless cam to the side connected to PC for recording/playback.
12v Graupner smoke units that throw out large amounts of smoke.
Old-style turret-turn using gearbox - resulted in using 7.2v block batteries to fit DMD units (works much better than the stock turning unit).
Transmitter operated lights using Turnigy switch.
3:1 gearboxes and metal tracks.
Modded recoil for fast back/slow forward.
Battery level meter on the rear which acts as transport light.
Modded Spektrum DX6i with fire buttons for gun/MG.
Looking to upgrade hatches and other parts to metal for the next refurb/re-spray, but she'll probably stay like this for the next few months while I have a go at the KT next.
Cheers
Chris.
