hl tiger volume control

my henglong tiger speeker works has got this volume control but when i turn for volume it wont go any higer can berly here it . also get this noise goes away but comes back whats going wrong the tank does run

First suggestion is to disconnect the volume control, It should then play at full volume. Let us know what happens, as it narrows down the areas to look at.
