Help with My F1 Panzer IV build-and my progress

Post by General Jumbo »

Rebuilding my IV and thought it would be different to have one of the octagonal vision hatches open on the front of the turret with someone peering through(not seen it on any other builds).Has anyone got a decent pic of the bracket that holds the port in the open position-have trawled the net and found nothing, any help appreciated.

I,ll have a look for you , although I know I have not got a close up ,but these ports opened upward and two hinges a sort of quarter movement push it up.

Done-very fiddly with my sausage fingers and crap eyesight but here it is anyway-I'm sure all the master model makers on here could probably do better but I'm pleased with it!
