In the past week I've had to reset my own password about 3 times because it randomly doesn't want to work

Has anybody else been having a similar problem?

According to the phpBB support forums there has been an increasing amount of attacks on forums which will try and guess a users password in order to spam. When logging in again it will ask the user to enter a CAPTCHA in order to login as they have tried too many times. It seems that when you enter even the correct information it tells you that you inputted the incorrect information, I've submitted this problem to the phpBB support team to hopefully get a fix.

i had the same problem last night , and yes was met with the CAPTCHA screen and yes even with the correct info i could not log in , i had to reset my password too

Ah right, it must be a problem with the whole board then. Hopefully they don't take too long to come up with a fix for me

I've found the problem to be the with the current CAPTCHA, I've switched to a different version until the other one gets fixed. You shouldn't have any more problems now
