I do speak the queens English, if I didn't have to go out and buy a new car (the Volvo died), pay my share of the mortgage, feed the family, pay the bills, do up the house. then I would buy this kit, personally I prefer any era post WWII when it comes to tanks. I built loads of Tigers, Panthers, Shermans etc when I was young and went onto modern era specializing at the time on Isreali stuff. I crafted a very good 3rd upgrade Ceturion at the age of twentyone and displayed it at the Model Engineering Exhibition. I'm not shy of doing the work. When I left home my last project that was never finished was an M51. So many people pride themselve and rightly so on their ability to make a "work of art" out of whats available.
Yes If I bought the Sherman I would correct it as I am with my Leopard (I've had since new and finally getting round to actually doing it justice) It was used as a toy originally along with a dozen RC cars and a speed boat. I'm just playing the Devils advocate here. @) >:<

If I am not mistaking, this new Sherman will have different electronics in it than the 105 has. It also has recoil included. Other than that, the only thing I want from it is the turret...

• Sorry to hear about the Volvo.

• The rest is Jabberwocky as Lewis Carroll might say.
