KNACKERED ....
thats how i feel this evening .. been most of the day working on the m10
been painting and this is just the first layer ... well not true ,, it has an undercoat of matt black .. followed by at leaset 7 different shades of humbro; greens ... starting with matt 155 french olive and worked my way thur untill i finished with matt 91 extra dark green ....
have to let her dry out now for a few days befour i start the colour washes ... and drybrushing ....
i need a good supply of 1/16 decals ... us army white starts ..with the rings round ... and also UK armourd markings ... any one have any idea where to start to look ?
its amazing what a lick ... nope a bucket ..of paint can do to a heavy scratch ? build conversion
i still have a pile of things i need to do .... i have to put some flooring in below the turret ring as the electronics stand out a bit too much .. but will come up with some sort of compromise .as the electronics stand quite tall .. there sat on the bat box ...
and theres no other room to move them ... so maybe a very short legged crew may be in order ....
then there the Kit that usualy stored all over allied tanks .... need to find some nice bits n bobs to plaster the m10 .. thought about sandbags .. but hay .. why hide all that work ....
gosh .. for some one that knackered .. i can chat a bit too much ....
