Hi, Im quite new to model making/painting and I just wanted to know how you darken and weather the paint like you showed after you painted the 222 on.
Is there something I can get to paint over standard paint to get that look/effect?

Hi mate , Im the same paintings not mine either . I just rubbed it with a piece of light abrassive cloth and then rubbed it with the yellow base coat on my finger . To be honest I would post the question regarding this . sorry I couldnt be any more helpfull.

No worries. So did you do the same on the rest of the tank or is that how the green and brown came?
I have a similar pattern on my Tiger but its a bit 'bright' if you get what I mean.

Hi mate . I mixed white with the three basic colours and added a second yellow type to the base yellow , cant think of hand which one . But I used all Tamiya colours but also thined them down so I could spray them .

Here is the almost finished Pantiger / Panther A . Still a little more to do . I just dragged it out a while back and started tinkering with it .
