Thanks for that. I heard the aero version has ratchets on the throttle control. Does this have any effect. Both aero and heli versions seem to be available on ebay. I'm getting a Futaba as I want to get a 1/6 scale Armortek when the right model becomes available but can use it on my Elmod Tiger for now. I'm putting the Elmod Thinktank eco currently in my Tiger into my new Panzer 111 and fitting a pro into the Tiger. Should be able to use extra lights independant mg and add some music.

I was also looking at the 7c as a possible upgrade to my 6ex. Does the 7c have any 3-way switches? Elmod seems to be obssessed with needing them, and they seem to be difficult to find on Tx's! :/

Cheers,
Rik

hi rik, yes it does have a three way switch , ive got the full elmod prop in my tiger 1 and it works fine
jonf yes it has the ratchet on the left stick but you can get a spring kit to make it the same as the right stick

Thanks Cliff, I may look into upgrading at some point. How well does it work with the elmod kit?

Cheers,
Rik
