Netting

Post by oldfeller »

Hi All

Don’t know if any of you are into gardening, “ no me really “ I bought a sack of
daf bulbs today, ( after planting them, as you would ), I thought the sack would make good
netting for my Tank, cut it to size I wanted.

As it was orange coloured, I painted it in burnt umber acrylic paint ” no reason for that colour “ to cover it,
let it dry rolled and tied, it makes great netting.

Us Tankies can do other things @) .

Cheers.

I recently found the best cheap camo netting, called 'creepy cloth', its a halloween decoration so should be in shops now. I saw some today in Clintons cards I think that was £3.99 for 300cmX75cm of it!! You just have to dye it with some acrylic paint or sumut, let it dry then :thumbup: . Its real cloth so very drape-able :D
Pic for you;

Hi Gerwyn,

I used some gause bandage. Sprayed with black as I'm too lazy to dye. Sprayed with some camo colours. Colour is holding fast. Only took a few minutes and cost nothing. Hope nobody has a accident at work though as I took all the bandage. You can see some pictures of it on the back of my Tiger.
