Strewth! He's even made his own centrifugal casting machine! I've been wanting one of those for years. I'm sure I've got an old biscuit tin lying around somewhere......    ::)

i dont think he's a newbie to this hobby, do you , in my book, he's a bloody genius, the first time i looked at it i sat there open mouthed drooling, couldnt quite believe what i was seeing, i think i will pm him and invite him (humbly) to may be join us over here as well as PK.  pete do you want  my adress to send me some pencils ::) ::). Tanxalot dont give up, use it to inspire you to build something really good

Hi Chris there very dangerous you dont want molten metal flying around it hurts alot and makes a real mess .If you make one try it out with wax first to make sure it dosnt fly open .I think its a gaurd to stop this happening the tin will stay put just the internals rotate .

I've done a fair bit of white metal drop casting in my time but I've always fancied a centrifugal caster. I've seen this commercial one advertised but I would need to buy a winning lottery ticket first LOL!

We all could learn a lot from that man. His skills are a notch above the rest. Everything from casting metal, plastic resin, machine work, electronics, EVERYTHING. Also his ability to think out of the box. What about the windscreen wipers and how they work XLNT WORK

Hi oztruck dont think he can make them 2 speed but your right took me ages to look at the site trying to take as much in as posible ,fantastic work he must have a very good wife to put up with him he must spend half his life in the shed .
