paint problem

hi guys i got myself another airbrush and some tammy paints and started to spray my tiger it seems to spray ok but when paint dries it has a powdery surface it comes off when rub finger over paint i use around 50/50 mix

yep , as frank says turn your pressure down , and with the paint mix your looking for the consistancy of milk
