971: I thought this was a piggyback system for Tamiya electronics..is there a way to make it stand alone?

miniACT is only a "piggyback system" when it is used as "Range Extension Mode", together with Tamiya MFU.
The other modes are operating at standalone unit.

Demo videos:

there are 5 video clips on miniACT

Hi Guys Been buying more stuff from Impact a Battle unit and another mini act system this one is different its the Y888 one which takes out any Tamiya tank with 2 shots,Tried it on a Dbc and it dosnt hit it ,so it must be the code that Darkith uses is different to Tamiya ,The standard mini act system shows up as hits to DBc ,It could be a bit of a leveler set it up as a mine field only takes out Tamiya tanks,it dosnt need a battle unit in to make it work ,will have to work out some presure contacts ,so when the tank rolls over it fires the I.R .do it twice and your dead.
