1:25 gear boxes ?

Post by littletankman »

Hi all can I run the 1:25 academy Panther gearboxes with the standard HL motors ? The gears are plastic . They do allow indipendent control . ' Not the just go forward ' version . This tank will be running on plastic tracks . I do have the Academy motors so if its better to wire them to the HL electronics ? Im thinking of using the Rx18 board ? Im worried that the HL motors will just shred the plastic 1:25 gears .

Thanks Andy

Check out the 1/24th HL Abrams/Type 90/Leopard II.

They all share the same electronics and chassis, you may find those boxes can be
fitted to the Academy 1/25th scale tanks.
