Hi Guys
I am planning a small battleground/assault course in the back garden ans was wondering how waterproof H/L tanks are?
The reason i ask is that i was thinking of putting a mud hole/watersplash as part of it (not too deep)

Re: waterproofing
if its for the kv you could with a few minor mods make waterproof up to the sproket holes
Re: waterproofing

Re: waterproofing
Hi I waterproofed my HL Tiger by sealing the internal parts were the suspension strengthening bars are and fitted rubber washers around the drive sprockets . I also removed the battery compartment and sealed all the switch holes . I re mounted them internaly . I will say tho that this stopped there as I got an Asiatam metal tub for the build. I do still have this tub and plan on re using it at a later date . Oh I also instaled a ' firewall ' between the electronics and the gears.
