Nice, at least yours works out of the box :-)

i ordered mine at http://www.Matomart.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; in Canada and it looks like they sent me a used one that someone had already previously returned. Broken barrel recoil, back upper hull someone scratched in the letter A (weird) and the motor on smoke generator doesnt work, plus something loose inside by the sounds of it !.
I contacted them about exchange (just got it the other day) but have not heard back about RMA #. I will give it a few more email attempts before I contact my VISA bank and have charges reversed ! I hope it doesnt have to come to that.

The first thing I will do when I get my WORKING KV-1 is a good REALISTIC green paint job and some weathering. Its too bad HL has to use such fake crappy colours. Other than that it appears like a great model from what I've seen so far ;-)

Believe it or not the green is spot on,just needs dulling down a bit

As for the smoke unit, mine made all the right noises but refused to smoke,im now using its feed to operate a fan above the control unit. B| B| B|

You wont go far wrong with the H/L kv,,mine was my 1st tank and once i had sorted out its niggles (with help from some of the guys on here) it has been fine
