warped kv-1 upper hulls

has anyone bought a kv-1 recently? i now have 4 hulls that i bought for my current kv-1 project that are warped across the middle anyone else have this or just me? my last kv-1 and a spare hull i started to convert to a kv-7 are as flat as a sheet of glass

this one is the LEAST warped its all the way from the front plate to the rear sunk in the middle so the turret dosent sit true

on that note does anyone have a true hull they have to spare and are willing to sell this is beg-nay... HAS really pissed me off i cant afford any more bloody usless hulls

anyone? i have a pair of hulls on order from forgebear but i have this horrible feeling there going to be the same

IT might not b of any concellation but out of two tigers heng long ,the one i decided too keep for myself and upgrade turned out to b warped like hannibal lecter the other one a lot earlier non s=s was ok .kids got this one

Ya I got a Kt hull that is warped could use it to make a JKT its more twisted then any thing .

i have this "thing" about everything being true regarless of how innacurate i shouldnt go near these with a straight edge but now i KNOW

1 came from rctank.de(this one) the other 3 came from asiatam im hoping it was just an iffy run

Mine came from AFF Tank Museum but it was still in the Tamiya plastic bag so they got it that way you cant see it is like that in the bag .

My Pzr III was very warpped in several places, Luckily its now being remodeled, so those imperfections can be sorted out. Are HL getting a bit lazey in the mould shop?
