sat here tonight doing the exhauxt system ... my fingers hurt shaping the exhaust box !
and wiill prob do nato broze green with black ... but just thinking about building all thouse ex cheiftan storage bins ...

Ah I was wondering where this one had gone mate. Top notch job, Wish I hadnt chopped up the bloody bulldog chassis I had lying around now

Found another piccy of my old ride before we renamed her and painted tiger stripey. Hope fully give you an idea of colours. This is a late mark 436, so has the extra comms boxes on the sides and a stowage cage over the mortar hatches. Must of been shortly after an inspection as the paint looks very intact and regulation. There are 4x 43's here in pairs and back to back all linked by a tented corridor to form the Brigade HQ.
Happy memories. I might have some more but I dont know that I ever took any of the top of the Panzer ?
If I remember rightly the canvas you see unfolded at the front was painted with Bricks and even a little window to give the impression of a building to any marauding Russian attack aircraft
