Heng Long High intensity flash

Bit of help please!

Just bought a Heng Long High intensity flash from Forgebear (thank you Dave) for my Heng Long Jagdpanther and was wondering how to take out the one that comes in the kit.

I thought I would ask before I broke something!

Is the LED glued in... Hum better wait for some answers.

Hi Phil. The LED's in my Panther and Jagdpanther barrels were a friction fit ( There is a soft plastic sleeve over the back of the LED which gives a snug fit inside the barrel ). Just unscrewed the muzzle break and gentley pushed the LED back up the barrel with a length of tubing I had handy ( 5mm ). It will be interesting to see how I will get them back in. Hope this helps.

I’ll give it a go, think I’ll use the same technique I use for my RC Heli’s when I fit a new boom and have to tread the new belt through.

I tie a bit of string to the end of the belt and let that drop through, then pull the belt trough, should work for the Flash lead.
