Got myself a Tamiya Leopard

Post by wibblywobbly »

OK, so it's not got a battle system. and it doesn't whizz round like a demented ferret, and it's not 1/16 scale, and it doesn't have a battle system...but as it was only £10.00. Just need to fix a slipping gear and it will be a nice little runner!

Its the Tamiya 1/35.

It was the pinions and the final drive gears, they were all just rotating on their shafts. Stripped it all down, used some cryo glue and it seems to be holding. Can't test it properly as the batteries have died and they are the AAA's, none of which are in my toolbox. If they work loose again, I will have to resort to araldite or something.

It does everything except barrel up/down and are listed at almost £80?
