Barrel Upgrade question

Just thought I would mention that the metal barrels do not work with airsoft BB tanks without machine work,then the problem becomes the center bore and the mating of the inner barrel with the metal barrel.I have done this modification and it has been difficult to get every thing to work together,recoil pull the Tamiya metal Tiger barrel back with the airsoft barrel sliding inside at full recoil the Tamiya metal barrel is machined in a cone shape,this centers the inner Airsoft barrel with the bore of the Tamiya barrel,if the gun fires before full recoil the bb's jam.Now as I found with my airsoft Jagdpanther it has a metal barrel fitted by Heng Long,it does not recoil but it shoots fine. Hi sorry Ive not been on line . Im no expert but follow the advice given and you wont go wrong . My HL Tiger has just the extension piece at the mo . But I have the Asiatam recoil unit and metal barrel which I might fit as Im going to be re working my turret . I altered mine so it correctly spins in a circule rather than off centre. I only did this as my Tiger build is a late war version with the turret protection ring . Personaly if I wasnt fitting the turret protection ring I would just leave the turret as it comes .
